Whether you need a company website, business email or a local brand presence, start with a name connected to your company or its business. A requested name is not guaranteed to be available or acceptable; eligibility and naming rules are checked during the application process.

How the application works

Tell us about your company. Enter your contact details, registered company name, preferred domain name and extension.
Upload your documents privately. NGDC asks for clear images of the Commercial Register and Tax Card for initial company review.
Wait for the name and documents to be reviewed. The relevant registration provider may request further documents, authorisation or evidence supporting the requested name.
Confirm the next steps. We contact you about the application, pricing and any additional requirements. Registration is only complete after the required approval and processing, not when you submit this form.

What to prepare

Have your registered company name and a contact email and phone number ready. Upload one clear JPG or PNG image of each requested document, up to 5 MB per image. Only an authorised company representative should submit the application. These are NGDC’s initial intake requirements, not an exhaustive statement of registry rules. Additional documents may be needed for your company or extension.

Your documents stay private.

Images are stored outside the public website and are accessible only to authorised NGDC site administrators. They are not added to the public Media Library or sent to Google Analytics. NGDC uses your details and documents to review this application and, where needed, process it with the relevant registration provider. Only upload documents you are authorised to share. Do not upload bank cards, passwords or unrelated identity documents.
