These conditions apply to NGDC Cloud annual hosting subscriptions. Please read the refund window and transfer deadline before subscribing. Domain registration is subject to separate requirements and approval.
30-day refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days of starting your hosting subscription if a genuine problem prevents continuation of the service, or if you are dissatisfied with the service. A request based on dissatisfaction does not also require a technical fault.
Email support@ngdc.com.eg from your account email with your order number, service name and the reason for your request. The team will review your request and confirm the applicable refund details. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Manual renewal and advance notice
Renewal is manual, not automatic. NGDC will notify you 45 days before your renewal date so that you can decide whether to renew or cancel. Keep your account contact details up to date and contact support if you need to confirm your renewal date.
Cancellation and file-transfer deadline
You must submit any cancellation and file-transfer request at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you miss this deadline, you will not be entitled to retrieve or transfer your files under this policy.
Send your request to support@ngdc.com.eg, identifying the hosting service and your intended transfer. Do not wait until expiry to request access or migration. This deadline concerns files and transfers; the separate 30-day refund window above applies to refund requests.
Prices and payment
Published annual hosting prices are in USD and exclude 14% VAT. Website EGP estimates use 51 EGP/USD as a reference; the final EGP amount follows the bank rate on the payment date. Confirm the applicable renewal price and final payable amount before making payment.
