NGDC Cloud is NGDC’s hosting and domain-services website for customers in Egypt. For privacy questions, contact support@ngdc.com.eg or +20 127 200 0280. This notice concerns this website; external services have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide and technical records
Account, order and support information can include your name, email, telephone number, billing details, selected services and messages. WordPress and WooCommerce store account and order records to administer the requested service. Server and security records can include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and login attempts. These records support account administration, enquiries, transaction records, security and troubleshooting. Never send passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive documents through email or WhatsApp.
Cookies and your choice
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for essential functions such as login and shopping sessions. These are separate from optional analytics. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may stop account or cart features working.
Google Analytics loads through Google Tag Manager only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It reports visits, page views, scrolling, selections of plan links and clicks on contact links. Google processes device and interaction information to provide these reports. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are not enabled by our tracking implementation.
Our tracking code does not send form contents, account or payment details, or support-message contents to Analytics. Account, cart and checkout pages and ordinary signed-in visits are excluded. Tracked page addresses have query strings and fragments removed. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage for up to six months; Google’s analytics cookies have their own lifetimes.
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops future measurement in that browser and removes the Analytics cookies handled by our consent code. It does not retroactively remove data already received by Google. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
External services and payments
A WhatsApp link takes you to a Meta service. Sending a message shares the information you choose to send with that service and NGDC support. Email and telephone enquiries use their respective communications providers. Hosting, security and website-service providers may process technical information as part of running this site; Google processes optional analytics information when you consent. Providers may process information outside Egypt; this site does not claim that all processing takes place in Egypt.
Paymob online checkout is being connected. Before paying, review the payment screen and provider’s notice. Do not send card details to support. This notice will need to reflect the final payment setup when online payments are activated.
Retention and privacy requests
Different records have different retention needs: account administration, transactions, security investigations and legal requirements may require information to be kept after an enquiry or service ends. Contact us about a particular record or to request access, correction or deletion. Identity verification may be needed, and some records may need to be retained for legal, transaction or security purposes.
Email support@ngdc.com.eg with “Privacy request” in the subject and enough information to identify the relevant account or enquiry, but not your password. Updated 9 September 2026. This notice may change as the website’s services and data practices develop.
Egyptian company-domain applications
Our .com.eg and .eg application form collects the representative’s name, email and telephone number, the registered company name, requested domain and extension, and images of the Commercial Register and Tax Card. Submit only if you are authorised to act for the company. We use these details to review the request, contact you and, where needed to progress the application, provide relevant information to the registration provider or registry.
Uploaded images are stored outside the public website directory and are not added to the public Media Library. Access through the website is restricted to administrators. Notification emails contain a request reference and administration link, not the uploaded documents. Our analytics implementation is disabled on the application page and does not send application fields or documents to Google Analytics. A short-lived essential session cookie and request tokens protect form submissions; a hashed network address is used for submission rate limiting.
Application records and documents are retained while needed for review, follow-up, registration administration or applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact support@ngdc.com.eg with your request reference for access, correction or deletion enquiries; identity and authority may need to be checked. Do not send document copies by email or WhatsApp. Submitting an application does not reserve or register a domain.
